Cancellation Policy
Moving Out and Refund:
At Happy Living, we cherish our members and want the moving out process to be as smooth as your stay. Though we’ll miss you greatly, we’ll ensure your departure is hassle-free.
Cancellation & Refund:
*Cancellation before Move-in: Your rent and security deposit will be refunded if you cancel before moving in. Token money isn’t refundable.
*Token Money: Non-refundable commitment amount paid for moving in.
Move-Out Process:
*Exit Notice: Notify us through the Happy Living website a month in advance. Non-payment of rent for remaining days may be adjusted from the security deposit.
*Minimum Lock-In: 3 months; An early departure results in the forfeiture of 1 month’s security deposit, and we will deduct 15 days of the security deposit..
Refund Terms:
*Damage Check: Damages checked before vacating. No damage, full security deposit refunded after a month’s notice.
*Refund Process: Takes around 30 working days after checking for damages. If no notice or damages, deductions may occur. Exceptions possible for genuine reasons.
Refund Timeline:
Takes up to 30 working days. A statement with deductions breakdown sent to the member.
Refund Mode:
Refunds processed via online transfer.
