Q1: What are the check-in and check-out timings?

Tenants can preferably move in between 8 AM morning India time to 10 PM evening India time. However, it depends on living units and locations. Please update your resident manager for your moving-in time in advance. If you plan to arrive during night hours, we’ll assist you for a smooth transition.

Q2:Is there a minimum stay requirement?

The rental terms start from a minimum of one month.

Q3: What documents do I need to provide for check-in?

Please contact our resident manager for specific document requirements.

Q4. Can I bring guests to my room?

Yes, you can bring guests freely. There is a limit of three days per month for your guests with nominal charges for stays exceeding this limit.

Q5: Are there any restrictions on cooking in the shared kitchen?

No, there are no restrictions. You can use the kitchen on a time-sharing basis or enjoy a great cooking experience with your mates.

Q6: What is the policy on noise levels and quiet hours?

Keep noise levels reasonable to avoid complaints from neighbors. During the night, maintain a quiet environment.

Q7: Are pets allowed in the coliving space?

In apartments managed by us, pets are allowed. However, in shared co-living properties, pets are not allowed.

Q8: How are maintenance requests handled?

We have a maintenance team with SLAs and a ticket system. Tenants will have a self-service login for all maintenance requests.

Q9: What is the policy on subletting or transferring to another room?

Subletting is not possible. Movement to other rooms or units in the same city or region is free.

Q10: Do you have any mandatory lock-in periods?

No, it is optional. We only have a notice period in case you want to off-board. Note that the notice period is not required if you move to other units managed by us.

Q11:. What happens if I need to terminate my stay early?

You can terminate your stay anytime with a 30-day notice to terminate the user agreement.

Q12: What is the policy on renewing the lease or extending the stay?

Renewing the lease or extending the stay is at your disposal, subject to availability.

Q13: Are there age restrictions for residents?

There are no age restrictions. Residents must be 18 years old or above.

Q14: Which genders are allowed in the unit?

All genders are allowed. All our units are unisex, and we do not sign up any bed for opposite-sex roommates.

Q15: Do you allow couples?

Yes, we do. We offer various accommodation options to cater to all stages of life, from being a bachelor to becoming a couple and having kids.

Q16: Do you provide any shuttle services for nearest drop points to make my office commutes easy?

Yes, please contact your resident manager for subscribing to any commute shuttles.

Q17: Can I move to other units of yours?

Yes, anytime. It is complimentary across India.

Q18: What services are included in IN STAY at Happy Living Properties?

Our IN STAY services include daily cleaning, deep washroom and room cleaning, laundry, commute options, dietician services, doctor on call, emergency response, 24/7 security, high-speed internet, concierge desk, parking, and dining options

Q19: Are these services available in every unit or city?

Service availability may vary. Check with your property manager for specifics. Services are subject to change

Q20: What documents do I need to bring for checking in?

For Indian national, you are required to bring any identification proof, such as Aadhar, passport, or driver’s license

For international visitors, it is essential to provide a valid Visa and passport

Q21: How much time does it take for me to receive my signed agreement?

The signed agreement will be provided within 24 to 48 hours after payment of the security and rental fees
